1. Entry dates are Monday and Tuesday the week prior to the Fair, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Entries can also be placed on-line through August 2nd.
2. Judging will be Wednesday the week prior to the Fair.
3. Only one entry per lot.
4. No entry fee will be charged and no admission tickets will be given to exhibitors.
5. All entries will be judged on general appearance, beauty of design, workmanship and suitability. The opinion of the judge must be final in all cases. Qualified judges are from outside of Whatcom County.
6. No premium will be given unless the article is worthy, regardless of competition.
7. Any needlework item completed since August 2005 and not previously shown at the Northwest WA Fair is eligible.
8. All articles must be the handiwork of the exhibitor. Articles that are soiled will not be accepted. Superintendent has the right to accept or refuse any entry.
9. Articles may be picked up the Sunday after the Fair from noon to 2 p.m.
10. No articles with glass will be accepted.
11. Each lot has potential for two premiums only.
