$850.00 per day, plus heat
$325.00 per day for set-up, plus heat**
Private and non-profit groups receive a 10% discount.
$200.00 rental deposit
*Rates include rental of forty 8' long tables, 500 chairs, picket fence sections and a 12' x 16' stage. Round tables are available upon request.
**Optional set up - if within a week of your rental the building has not been rented out by another party for the day before, the cost to rent it out for the set up day is $100.00, provided you have not already rented the day before at the regular rate.
