1. Entries may be placed on-line through August 12th, or Friday preceding the fair between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Entries may be made ahead of this date and carried in already made.  On-line entries are still required to be brought into the department at the times listed. An On-line entry does NOT guarantee a space if the department is full at the time it is brought in.
2. Exhibits are entered in the Hobbies Building.
3. Entries must be picked up on Sunday after the fair between 10 a.m and 2 p.m. There is NO Security available after Sunday release time and on Monday the buildings remain open for cleaning.
4. Maximum size on displays will be 18" x 26". (Larger display sizes will be accepted if space is available). The Superintendent may limit the size of exhibits according to the room available. The Superintendent has the right to accept or refuse any entry.
5. Exhibits are limited to 5 Model exhibits and 1 Lego or K'Nex exhibit per exhibitor.
6. Exhibits that have been shown in previous years in our fair will not be accepted.
7. The general rules of the fair are to be observed. The Fair Association will not be responsible for loss or damage.
8. No entry fee will be charged and no free admission issued to the Exhibitor.
9. Best of Class and Best of Show will receive Rosettes.
10. Junior Division exhibitors must be under sixteen (16) and Youth Division exhibitors must be under nine (9) as of July 1 of the current year.
11. No Die Cast Models.
12. Each entry will be judged on its merits as a hobby and points to be considered in judging include: execution, originality, study, possibilities of development, educational value and general appeal.
