The Northwest Washington Fair is happy to help local nonprofit organizations provide Fair admission tickets to underserved populations. Due to the fact that many requests are received, we ask that you please follow our guidelines in order to be considered.
Guidelines and Procedures
- Only requests submitted online will be reviewed. Mailed, faxed or e-mailed requests will not be accepted.
- Requests must be received by July 1 of each calendar year, requests made after that date may not be able to be facilitated.
- Responses to donation requests will occur via email no later than August 1.
- Incomplete requests will not be considered.
- Please do not submit duplicate requests.
- Our goal is to assist as many groups as possible, we can only donate to individual organizations once in a given year.
- Due to the large number or requests we receive, the full number of tickets may not be available.
