This luxurious building is 6,000 square feet and includes a "warming kitchen" designed for catered events, and a gas fireplace. Two building wings can be closed off for "break-out" sections or to create a more intimate space. Rest rooms are located inside this facility.
Rental includes thirty-five 5ft round tables, six 6ft long tables, 260 chairs, building sound system with wireless microphone, and tear-down of the tables after your event. Rates*:

- $800.00 per day (Sunday-Thursday)
- $1200.00 per day (Friday, Saturday and Holiday season**)
- $500.00 1/2 day, 4 hour rental (Sunday-Thursday)
- Set up day - same as day's rental price.
A $400.00 rental deposit is required with the signed contract. The deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
*The rental only includes the day(s) rented, please be sure to inquire about a set-up day if you need one. Building rentals are from 10am through midnight of the last contracted rental date.
**Holiday season includes Friday-Sunday in the months of November and December, Federal Holidays and the dates surrounding.
