BP Place, formerly Peoples Place, is cozy and warm 1,200 square feet equipped with ten 6ft tables, 60 folding chairs, a small kitchen and restrooms. This is a great building for meetings, catered dinners, small receptions, birthday parties and baby showers.
- A $50.00 rental deposit is required with the signed contract. The deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
*The rental only includes the day(s) rented, please be sure to inquire about a set-up day if you need one. Building rentals are from 10am through midnight of the last contracted rental date.
